For those who wonders what milw0rm.com is, its a site for security thingy, contains new exploits,shellcodes,etc2..

First, lets point ur browser url to : http://www.milw0rm.com/video/ , then it will list all the tutorial videos submitted by users.

Next, Click on any videos u want, then it will pop-up a window for d video, make sure u disable the pop-up blocker :P

Then in d new pop-up window show d page source,i’m using Firefox so i simply press Ctrl + U to show d source. Look for any likes containing : http://str0ke213.tradebit.com/pub/8/*.flv for example : http://str0ke213.tradebit.com/pub/8/42.flv then juz grab it using any download managers u prefer like flashget, starDownloader, DAP, etc etc..

This way, u wouldn’t have to wait for streaming d video and u could resume download for it..
